Received a nice t-shirt yesterday from the wonderful folks over at http://www.flippingrich.com.

The site is maintained by investor Sunny Yee and Minneapolis realtor Derrik Dyka. Together they are on the lookout for real estate opportunities for themselves and their clients. If you have a chance to pop over to their site it is worth the look.

Here is my first mug shot on this blog, showing off my wonderful new shirt… sorry I’m not smiling but I hate having my photo taken.
